MAHAPREIT Invite Bids for Project Management Consultant for Rural Solar Power Projects in Chandrapur

MAHAPREIT “Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy & Infrasturcture Technology Ltd”, Mumbai, has invited bids for the appointment of a Project Management Consultant for grid-connected distributed solar power plants with net metering systems for 20 rural regional water supply schemes in zilla parishad Chandrapur.

The deadline for bid submissions is February 20, 2024, with bid openings scheduled for the following day.

Interested bidders are required to submit an earnest money deposit of ₹25,000 and the offer document is available at a cost of ₹11,800.

Additionally, a retention security deposit of ₹50,000 is required.

The bid for the work will remain open for acceptance for a duration of 120 days from the last date of receipt of bids. Should any bidder choose to withdraw their bid or make modifications to the terms and conditions of the bid within this stipulated period, the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) submitted at the time of submitting the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be forfeited.

The bidder must demonstrate experience in executing solar projects at distributed locations or providing Project Monitoring Consultancy for solar projects at distributed locations, with a minimum cumulative capacity of 1500 KW. This experience should encompass at least one single project with a capacity of 600 KW.

The bidder should possess experience in executing solar projects or providing Project Management Consultancy for solar projects specifically designed for water supply schemes in rural areas of Maharashtra. Preference will be given to bidders with experience in the specified locations mentioned in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

The bidder is required to have an average annual turnover of Rs. 2 Crores in any three years spanning FY18-19, 19-20, 20-21, 21-22, and 22-23, with a positive net worth. The bidder must submit turnover and net worth certificates duly signed by a Statutory or certified Chartered Accountant.
