DEWA has set unprecedented global standards in the energy and water sectors, achieving top positions globally in over 10 key performance indicators. Notably, in 2023, DEWA recorded the world’s lowest electricity Customer Minutes Lost (CML) at 1.06 minutes and minimized losses in electricity transmission and distribution networks to 2.0%.
