The National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) in Gandhinagar plans to establish a grid-connected 1 MW solar rooftop plant, with the institute offering the requisite rooftop space.
The institute aims to procure power through the CAPEX model, specifically the Bifacial Crystalline Model. Vendors are encouraged to conduct on-site visits to assess the project requirements before presenting their proposed solutions, considering the available space.
The Expression of Interest (EOI) document, containing the minimum required details as outlined above, must be submitted in sealed envelopes, and delivered to the Registrar’s office no later than March 7, 2024.
Bidders are required to be registered with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) or the State nodal agency (HIMURJA). A registration certificate must be submitted along with the Expression of Interest (EOI) documents.
Bidders are required to possess at least five years of experience in various aspects including design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and operation of either one 100KW plant, two 75KW plants, or three 50KW solar power plants under the Bifacial Crystalline Model. Additionally, they must provide completion or ongoing work certificates for similar projects executed within the past year.
Bidders must demonstrate an average annual turnover of 50 lakhs in any one of the past financial years.
Additionally, they should provide a detailed list of solar power plant projects completed over the last five years, clearly specifying relevant details such as capacity, location, execution time, duration of setup, scope of work, and the name and address of the owner.
