Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) issues a call for bids for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and operation & maintenance (O&M) of rooftop and land-based solar energy plants at multiple locations, along with Vendor Specific Prices Lists (VSPL), through a competitive bidding process.
The deadline for bid submission is April 2, 2024, with bid opening scheduled for the next day.Bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 6.59 lakhs. The bid validity period is set at 90 days.
The completion/contract period is eighteen months, excluding the mobilization period, or nineteen months including the mobilization period, for the installation and commissioning of solar rooftop/land-based systems at all locations from the date of order.
The comprehensive O&M contract duration will be five years from the date of project completion at each respective location, following the issuance of a completion certificate from the EIC and after the warranty period has concluded.Bidders are strongly advised to adhere strictly to the terms and conditions outlined in the tender documents and refrain from stipulating any deviations or exceptions.
