The last date for submission of bids is April 25, 2024. Bids will be opened the same day.

Bidders must pay The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.5 Lakhs per MW for Thermal and Rs. 1 Lakh per MW for Solar.

Bidders must pay a tender-Processing Fee Rs. 15 Lakhs+ 18% GST for Solar and Rs. 5 Lakhs+ 18 % GST for Therma.

The bidder must pay Rs 2.18 lakh for both Domestic and International Bidders.

The ETS Bidding Fee is 15,000.00 Indian Rupees, excluding GST.

This tender encompasses the procurement of both coal-based power and solar power, mandating that bidders must offer both capacities in full. Failure to do so renders the bid non-responsive. However, for clarity regarding contractual obligations, separate sets of documents will be provided for the bidding process of coal-based power and solar power.
