NTPC Ltd Issue Tender for Supply of 1000 MW Power From ISTS-Connected Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Projects Anywhere in India

The National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd. (NTPC) is seeking online bids from eligible bidders to select Hybrid Power Generators for the provision of 1000 MW Power from ISTS Connected Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Projects across India (NTPC-Tranche-VI). The Single Stage Two Envelope approach consists of Envelope-I: Technical Bid and Envelope-II: Financial Bid, in addition to Reverse Auction.

The project will operate on a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) basis.

The last date to submit bids is April 16, 2024. Bids will be opened on the same day.

Bidder must submit for Request for Selection (RfS) documents of Rs 22,500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 11.60 lakh per MW.

The employer will consider a bid to be non-responsive and return any unsealed bids without an approved earnest money deposit in a separate sealed envelope.

Providing Request for Selection (RfS) Documents to any bidder does not imply that the bidder is deemed qualified. Bids must be submitted online.

Additionally, the bidder must provide Earnest Money Deposit, Integrity Pact, Pass Phrase, and Board Resolution separately offline, as outlined in the RfS Documents, before the specified bid submission deadline.
