Katya Somohano Silva from Mexico City will head Iberdrola Mexico as its CEO, embarking on a new phase of expansion for the company within the country. With a background in law and executive education from Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE) and Harvard Business School, she is well-equipped to drive growth.

Commenting on the appointment, Executive Chairman of Iberdrola Group Ignacio Galán, said,”after an excellent career inside and outside Iberdrola Mexico, Katya Somohano takes over the management of the company at the head of a young and diverse, but very experienced team.
