INKEL Ltd. Invites competitive bids from financially and technically proficient contractors with a reputable standing for the operation and maintenance of grid-connected ground-mounted solar power plants. These plants have been installed by INKEL Limited at multiple locations across Kerala.
The last date to submit the bids is May 27, 2024. With bid opening schedules for the following day.
Bidder must submit a tender of Rs 1,000 +GST.
To partake in the tender, bidders must meet the subsequent eligibility requirements:
a) Possess registration under GST.
b) Demonstrate expertise as either an experienced Solar PV System Integrator, accredited Urjamitra center by ANERT, or a provider of electrical substation O&M services.
c) Showcase prior experience in the operation and maintenance of ground-mounted solar power plants equipped with HT infrastructure.
the bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 5% of the yearly O&M contract value before signing the contract agreement. This guarantee can be provided in the form of a Bank Guarantee, or a Lien marked Fixed Deposit Receipt, valid until the conclusion of the contract period. The release of the performance guarantee is contingent upon the successful fulfilment of the contract obligations.
The contract period for this project is 2 years from date of handing over of site.
