Sunview Group Berhad is poised to make significant strides in Malaysia’s renewable energy landscape with the acceptance of a letter of award (LOA) from Cenergi Solar Kuala Ketil Sdn. Bhd. The contract was awarded to Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunview, entails the construction of a large-scale solar photovoltaic plant in Kedah.
The project, situated at Lot 3328, Ladang Bukit Selarong, Mukim Tawar, Kuala Ketil, Kedah, will boast a capacity of 44.99 MWp / 29.99 MWac. Scheduled to commence on June 10, 2024, the construction aims to achieve commercial operations by June 24, 2025, with a fixed contract sum of RM51,900,000.00.
