
Omanโs Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, and Mauritaniaโs Foreign Minister, Mohamed Salem Ould Marzouk, held a pivotal session of political discussions in Nouakchott, Mauritania. The meeting aimed at enhancing the cooperation between the two nations and exploring new avenues for mutual benefits.
During the discussions, the ministers focused on strengthening relations in various sectors, including trade, investment, marine fishing, mining, energy, agriculture, logistics, and tourism. Both countries recognized the potential for growth and development in these areas and committed to deepening their partnership.
The dialogue extended to regional and international issues of mutual concern. The ministers reaffirmed their support for efforts to achieve security, stability, and peace across the region and the world. A significant part of the conversation centered on the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
