Astronergy to Supply 700MW of N-Type TOPCon PV Modules to Atlas Renewable Energy for Major Solar Projects in Brazil

In a significant development for the renewable energy sector, Astronergy has entered into a cooperation framework contract with Atlas Renewable Energy, Latin America’s largest privately-owned renewables independent power producer (IPP). Under this agreement, Astronergy, a leader in n-type TOPCon PV modules, will supply 700MW of its ASTRO N series products to Atlas for various solar projects aimed at promoting sustainable energy solutions.

The partnership builds upon a longstanding relationship between Astronergy and Atlas, highlighted by their collaboration on multiple projects across Brazil. Previously, Astronergy successfully secured a bid to supply 454MW of ASTRO N5 modules for Atlas PV power plant project, marking the largest deployment of Astronergy’s TOPCon technology in Brazil.

Dr. Chuan Lu, CEO of Astronergy, emphasized the strategic significance of the new contract, citing Atlas’s positive response to Astronergy’s products in Brazil and Latin America. He noted that the agreement underscores the depth of their partnership and paves the way for further cooperation in advancing green energy initiatives in the region.

“In addition to our ongoing projects, where we recently committed 316MW of ASTRO N7 modules,” Dr. Lu stated, “today’s contract signing reflects our commitment to accelerating the adoption of sustainable energy solutions and supporting Brazil’s transition to a low-carbon future.”
