QTerminals Advances Solar Energy Initiative With New Installations

QTerminals has initiated a major long-term project to install solar panels on the reefer gantries of container terminals CT1 and CT2.

The latest batch of panels now generates up to 3 MW of clean energy daily, with peak output lasting up to 6 hours.

This project highlights Qatar’s vast solar energy potential and marks a significant step toward reducing QTerminals’ carbon footprint across all operations.
