Waaree Energies Secures 900 MW Solar Module Supply Contract with Serentica Renewables for Major Solar Power Project in Rajasthan

Waaree Energies Ltd., India’s leading solar PV module manufacturer, has announced a significant contract with Serentica Renewables India Private Limited for the supply of 900 MW of solar modules. The modules will be installed in a large-scale solar power project in Fatehgarh, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.

As of June 30, 2023, Waaree Energies boasts the largest aggregate installed capacity of 12 GW in India, according to a CRISIL report. The delivery of Waaree’s Top-Con bifacial modules, specifically the Waaree Elite Series N Type Topcon BiN-03-680 to 690Wp GTG Bifacial modules, is scheduled between August 2024 and February 2025.
