Planning and Execution

This ambitious project was meticulously planned and extensively researched. The 1.7 MW solar PV system was designed to maximize energy production while ensuring safety and efficiency. The system generates DC electric power, converted into grid-compliant AC voltage by 11 on-grid inverters, making it suitable for feeding into the utility grid system.

Objectives and Sustainability Impact

The primary objective of this solar power project was to encourage the use of green energy for Veekay Polycoats Ltdโ€™s operations. By leveraging solar power, the company aims to significantly reduce its carbon footprint and operational costs while setting a sustainability benchmark in the manufacturing sector. This initiative aligns with global efforts to promote renewable energy and combat climate change.
