Seraphim has announced the construction of a 776 MW high-efficiency solar PV project portfolio in Yunnan Province, southwest China. The portfolio consists of six sub-projects located in Chuxiong, Lincang, Qujing, and Guangnan, and has made significant progress since its launch in late 2023. Two sub-projects have been completed, while the remaining four are under active development. Once fully operational, the portfolio is expected to supply 1.3 TWh of green electricity to the local grid annually, underscoring Seraphimโ€™s strong commitment to sustainable energy.

All PV modules used in the project are Seraphimโ€™s Seco 182mm bifacial modules, which incorporate advanced technologies like multi-busbar, high-density encapsulation, and half-cell design.

Polaris Li, chairman of Seraphim, highlighted Yunnanโ€™s strategic importance to the company and expressed confidence in their ongoing support of the provinceโ€™s green energy goals. Seraphim outperformed competitors to become the core module supplier for this project, once again demonstrating its industry leadership and brand strength.
