This new debt facility marks a key milestone for SolaREIT as it expands access to real estate lease financing solutions for solar and battery storage (BESS) developers. Designed to be repeatable and scalable, the facility enables SolaREIT to optimize its capital structure and offer competitive financing options to developers nationwide.
