During the event, Chief Guest Shri Pawan Singh Chauhan (MLC, Uttar Pradesh) urged solar companies to demonstrate integrity in their work to build customer confidence. This, he emphasized, will help Uttar Pradesh grow its solar industry and become a leading solar power state.

Chief Guest Shri Er. Awanish Kumar Singh (MLC, Uttar Pradesh) remarked, “Since 2017, Uttar Pradesh has undergone a significant transformation in solar energy adoption. In Rae Bareli, most of the schools, except for the larger ones that typically consume around 100 kW, have installed solar panels. The next phase will focus on Hardoi and Barabanki, where we aim to collaborate with industry stakeholders to facilitate solar installations. Installers won’t need to invest upfront; we will provide the land—just bring the solar panels. Our goal is to ensure that Uttar Pradesh becomes a net-zero state ahead of the nation.”

Vijay Gulati, Managing Director of Firstview Group, also addressed the gathering and felicitated the chief guest. He highlighted that Uttar Pradesh is one of the top emerging states in the country for solar power. He reaffirmed Firstview’s commitment to supporting the growth of solar energy in the state.
