Etihad Water & Electricity (EtihadWE), a prominent water and electricity provider in the Northern Emirates, has announced a strategic partnership with Systems Limited MEA – Techvista to advance digital transformation within its operations. The partnership was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by EtihadWE’s CFO, Thomas Spannring, and Khurram Majeed, General Manager of Systems Limited MEA, at GITEX Global. This MoU sets the framework for both organizations to jointly explore and implement technology-driven solutions designed to address operational challenges, optimize resource management, and contribute to the UAE’s sustainable development goals.

According to Spannring, the alliance is pivotal in advancing EtihadWE’s capabilities through cutting-edge AI and machine learning, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and aligning with national sustainability efforts. “This collaboration underscores our dedication to providing innovative and sustainable services that improve quality of life for our customers,” he added.
