OREDA Invites Bids For 4 MW Rooftop Solar PV Systems With Battery Backup Across Odisha

OREDA Limited has issued a Request for Empanelment (RfE) for the design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems with battery backup. The total capacity for the project is up to 4 MW, with installations planned at various locations across Odisha. The contract will also include comprehensive maintenance for five years.

The tender was published on January 1, 2025, interested bidders are required to submit any pre-bid queries by January 8, 2025, by 5:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting, which will be held virtually, is scheduled for January 10, 2025, at 12:30 PM.

Bidders need to submit both technical and price bids online by January 27, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Hard copies of specific documents, including the cost of the bid, bid security, and power of attorney, must be submitted by January 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM. These documents should include a joint venture or consortium agreement, if applicable, and no additional documents should be submitted in hard copy to avoid rejection of the bid.

The opening of technical bids, both online and in hard copy, will take place on February 1, 2025, at 3:30 PM. Price bids will be opened later, and the exact date will be announced.
