ACP Responds to Final Treasury Guidance on Clean Energy Tax Credits

The American Clean Power Association (ACP) issued a statement from CEO Jason Grumet following the U.S. Treasury Department’s release of final guidance on the technology-neutral clean energy production tax credit (PTC) and investment tax credit (ITC):
