Sunrock Partners with Entech for Solarization of Logistics Building in France

Sunrock has entrusted Entech with the solarization of a 50,000 m² logistics building roof in Lambres-Lez-Douai, located in France’s Nord department. The project includes a total sales solar power plant of 3.8 MWc and a self-consumption system of 500 kWc, further solidifying France’s growing footprint in renewable energy.

This marks the first collaboration between the two companies. Maarten de Haas, Managing Director of Sunrock France, expressed optimism about the partnership and the company’s vision for the French market. “France is a market with high potential, and we aim to develop and install 500 MWc of rooftop power plants and photovoltaic canopies by 2030,” he said.

Under the construction and maintenance agreement, Entech will leverage its expertise in high-voltage connections and rooftop solar power installations. Construction is set to commence in March 2025.
