Premier Energies Photovoltaic Private Limited, a subsidiary of Premier Energies Limited, has received and accepted orders worth ₹1,234 Crore for the supply of solar PV modules. These orders have been placed by existing customers and are set for delivery starting in April 2025.
The company made this announcement in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The orders are domestic and classified as one-time contracts, ensuring that the supply of solar modules will be completed as per the agreed schedule.
The official communication also stated that the company’s trading window would remain closed from February 14, 2025, to February 15, 2025, with trading resuming on February 16, 2025. This measure aligns with regulatory requirements to ensure transparency and compliance in financial disclosures.
Premier Energies confirmed that there is no involvement of promoter groups or related parties in these contracts. The orders are purely commercial and do not fall under related party transactions.
