The work will be carried out within a specified timeline, and interested bidders must meet eligibility criteria to participate.
The submission deadline for bids has been set for March 6, 2025, which also marks the closing date for document sales. Following the submission process, the bids will be officially opened on March 8, 2025, for evaluation and further proceedings.
The tender process is open to bidders with a valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) issued by an authorized agency under the Controller of Certifying Authority (CCA), Government of India. All bidders must comply with technical and financial eligibility requirements. The tender also allows micro and small enterprises to participate, and preference will be given to local suppliers under the ‘Make in India’ initiative.

Additionally, an Electrical Contractor’s License is required for applicable works.
MCL will follow strict guidelines for procurement, ensuring compliance with national regulations. The bidding process allows for online clarifications and modifications before submission. The company has also put in place measures for bid withdrawal and cancellation. In case of any disputes, the settlement will be managed as per the guidelines stated in the tender document.
The contract will be finalized upon approval from MCL authorities, and the selected contractor will be responsible for completing the project within the stipulated time. The contractor must also comply with safety regulations and statutory requirements, ensuring smooth execution of the work.
