KP Group Signs MoU With Madhya Pradesh For 1.8 GW Renewable Energy Projects

KP Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the New and Renewable Energy Department of the Government of Madhya Pradesh at the Global Summit 2025 in Bhopal on February 24, 2025. The agreement involves setting up various renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, hybrid, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and biomass-based projects, with a total capacity of 1.8 GW in Madhya Pradesh.

This partnership reflects KP Groupโ€™s commitment to promoting clean energy and aligns with both national and state-level renewable energy goals. The initiative is expected to contribute significantly to the stateโ€™s green energy capacity while supporting Indiaโ€™s broader sustainability objectives. The company announced this development in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The agreement marks a major step toward advancing renewable energy adoption in Madhya Pradesh, reinforcing efforts to transition to sustainable and environmentally friendly power solutions.
