Bridge And Roof Invites Bids For 100 MW Solar Project At Nawa, Rajasthan

Bridge and Roof Co. (India) Limited has invited online bids for the engagement of an agency to carry out a topographical survey, soil investigation reports, and preparation and submission of detailed progress reports and initial layouts. These works are part of the entire execution for the EPC package of a 100 MW Solar PV Project at Nawa, Rajasthan for SJVNL Green Energy Limited.

The scope of work includes conducting a detailed topographical survey, carrying out soil investigation, preparing reports, and submitting initial layouts as part of the execution plan for the solar project. The assessed value for the tender is ₹19.00 lakh. The cost of the tender document is ₹500, with an additional 18% GST, making it a total of ₹590. Bidders are required to pay this fee through Demand Draft, Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, or online payment to the designated bank account of Bridge and Roof Co. (India) Ltd. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required is ₹10,000. The EMD can be submitted in the form of a Demand Draft, Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, or Bank Guarantee (BG), valid for six months and pledged in favor of Bridge and Roof Co. (India) Ltd.

The tender invites bids under a two-part system. The bid document was published on 4th March 2025. The download of bid documents also began on the same date. The bid submission started on 4th March 2025 and ends on 11th March 2025 at 16:00 hours. The last date for submitting the tender fee, EMD, and physical documents is also 11th March 2025 by 16:00 hours. The technical bid will be opened on 11th March 2025 at 17:00 hours, while the date for the financial bid opening will be informed later to the qualified bidders.

The Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG), also known as the Security-cum-Performance Bank Guarantee (SPBG), must be submitted by the successful bidder. The format and terms for the SPBG are included in the tender documents.

This tender has specific eligibility criteria for bidders. The bidder must have prior experience in similar work. They should have completed either three works valued at not less than ₹8.50 lakh each, two works valued at not less than ₹10 lakh each, or one work valued at not less than ₹16 lakh. These works must have been completed in the last seven years. The bidder’s average annual financial turnover during the last three financial years, ending on 31st March 2024, should not be less than ₹6.50 lakh. The net worth of the bidder must also be positive during these years.

Bidders must provide documents such as work orders, completion certificates, balance sheets, PAN, GST registration, and other legal and statutory certificates. Joint ventures or consortiums are not permitted to participate in this tender. Bidders need to submit their offers in a two-part system, comprising a techno-commercial bid and a price bid.

The location of the work is at Nawa, Rajasthan, and the total time for completion of the work is three months. Interested parties must comply with the terms and conditions mentioned in the tender documents, and all bids are to be submitted to the SBU Head Electrical, Bridge and Roof Co. (India) Ltd, at NTPC Limited, Sipat, Chhattisgarh.
