One of SDAIA’s key contributions is the unified national access portal (Nafath), which has digitized over 3.3 billion transactions. This initiative has drastically cut paper usage and eliminated approximately 300,000 daily car trips to service centers, leading to reduced fuel consumption and lower carbon emissions.

Additionally, the Deem Government Cloud has integrated 263 government data centers, achieving energy savings of more than 591 gigawatt-hours. Meanwhile, the Tawakkalna application, serving over 33 million users and processing up to 100 million digital transactions daily, has further minimized the need for paper-based processes and physical movement, reinforcing the Kingdom’s commitment to a sustainable digital infrastructure.

In support of environmental efforts, the Ehsan National Platform for Charitable Work has funded 48 environmental projects and planted over 261,000 trees in collaboration with 41 charitable organizations. The initiative, with financial contributions exceeding SAR 5.8 million, highlights the synergy between technology and environmental conservation.
