In a significant move to strengthen the clean energy transition, BGR Tech Ltd has joined hands with UAE-based Chemie Tech through a Heads of Agreement (HOA) to develop large-scale green hydrogen and ammonia facilities around the world.

The collaboration brings together BGR Techโ€™s expertise in green hydrogen technology with Chemie Techโ€™s global experience in engineering and project execution. Under the agreement, BGR Tech will provide key technology componentsโ€”such as electrolysersโ€”and support the engineering aspects of hydrogen generation and purification. Chemie Tech will lead the overall execution, taking charge of planning, engineering design, procurement, construction, and ongoing maintenance.

Chemie Tech DMCC, headquartered in Sharjah, boasts a legacy of over two decades in the oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors, and operates a key engineering hub in Vadodara, India. Its comprehensive project capabilities, combined with a commitment to sustainability, safety, and timely delivery, make it a strategic partner in this green venture.

This alliance aims to scale the production and global availability of green hydrogen and ammoniaโ€”critical components in decarbonizing industries. With a shared focus on sustainable innovation, both companies are positioning themselves at the forefront of the global renewable energy shift.
