JinkoSolar Leads Global Solar Council in Launching Blueprint for Equitable Solar Financing

Jinko Solar Co., Ltd., has released the position paper “How to Finance Solar for All?” during London Climate Week 2025. The release was conducted in its capacity as Chair of the Finance Task Force of the Global Solar Council (GSC).

The paper addresses the pressing barriers to scaling equitable and inclusive solar financing worldwide and presents actionable strategies for mobilizing capital in underserved regions. Developed under the leadership of the GSC Finance Task Force, the report reflects a broad multi-stakeholder effort to advance financial inclusion in the global clean energy transition.

JinkoSolar also participated in the high-level Finance Roundtable on Lowering the Cost of Solar Finance, co-hosted by the Global Solar Council and its partners. The roundtable brought together policymakers, multilateral development banks, commercial financial institutions, and industry leaders to explore collaborative solutions for reducing the cost of capital and accelerating the deployment of solar and energy storage technologies.
