German solar module manufacturer AXITEC Energy has expanded its presence in southern India by appointing Alphadex Power Ventures LLP as its authorized dealer in Karnataka. The appointment was made through its Indian subsidiary, AXITEC Energy India Pvt. Ltd., as part of the company’s broader strategy to strengthen its distribution network and build regional partnerships across key solar markets in the country.
The dealership certification formally authorizes Alphadex Power Ventures, a Bengaluru-based company, to represent and distribute AXITEC’s full range of photovoltaic (PV) modules within Karnataka. This partnership is aimed at enhancing AXITEC’s accessibility in the region and supporting the increasing demand for high-efficiency solar solutions among residential, commercial, and industrial users.
Karnataka has become one of India’s leading states in renewable energy adoption, driven by favorable government policies and the growing energy needs of its industrial sector. In this context, AXITEC’s decision to collaborate with a local distribution partner is a strategic move to improve last-mile connectivity, streamline supply chains, and ensure quicker project execution.
The announcement comes shortly after AXITEC’s participation in the India Green Energy Expo in Bangalore, further underlining its commitment to the Indian market. By aligning with regional EPCs and channel partners like Alphadex, AXITEC also aims to navigate India’s evolving solar policies more efficiently and offer better on-ground service and support.
