LONGi Joins Rafiqui to Advance Solar Panel Recycling and Circular Economy in Mexico

LONGi, the world’s leading manufacturer of photovoltaic technology, has announced a strategic partnership with Rafiqui, a Mexican non-profit organization focused on providing recycling solutions for decommissioned solar panels. The initiative, developed in collaboration with companies across Mexico’s energy sector, aims to establish and expand the country’s infrastructure for solar panel recycling.

This partnership addresses a critical gap in Mexico’s renewable energy landscape, where limited recycling options for photovoltaic modules pose a growing challenge for solar developers, operators, and installers.
