The bids will be processed online, and the request for proposal has been issued without any financial commitment. The buyer reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any stage, including the option to withdraw the supply order before delivery if necessary. The official contact for this RFP is the Commanding Officer of the 71 Engineer Regiment. The bid submission end date is 31st July 2025.

The delivery schedule for the project is clearly defined. The supply of the stores, including foundation and structural components, must be completed within 60 days from the issuance of the contract or supply order. Additionally, the construction of the solar system assets must be completed within 120 days from the same date. Before dispatch, all major components must undergo testing to ensure readiness and compliance with technical standards.
