The Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. (SECI) has published the results of the e-Reverse Auction for Project-XIII, which took place on August 8, 2025. This auction was for Madhya Bharat Agro Products Limited-III in Dhule, involving a total quantity of 70,000 metric tonnes under the SIGHT Scheme (Mode-2A-Tranche-I) for the production and supply of green ammonia in India. The project is covered under RfS No. SECI/C&P/MI/00/0002/2024-25, issued on June 7, 2024.

The auction was conducted as a single entity with a fixed quantity, meaning the bidding process was specific to one participant type and the capacity was predetermined. Both the starting price and the reserve price for the bid were set at 74.80 Indian Rupees per kilogram.

Following the competitive bidding process, SCC Infrastructure Pvt Ltd-InSolare Energy Consortium emerged as the Rank-1 bidder. The company quoted a bid value of ₹53.05 per kilogram, which was also considered the loaded bid value. This significant reduction from the starting and reserve prices reflects the competitive nature of the e-RA process, which is designed to secure cost-effective outcomes for large-scale renewable energy-related projects.
