Peak Energy, a clean energy platform backed by Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, has announced major progress as it marks its two-year anniversary. The company has added 300 MW of operating renewable assets, delivered 313 MWh of battery energy storage systems (BESS), and established a project development pipeline exceeding 1.5 GW across the Asia-Pacific region.

In just 24 months, Peak Energy has emerged as one of the regionโ€™s fastest-growing renewable energy platforms, providing clean power solutions to corporates and utilities across diverse markets. Its growth is driven by a unique combination of operational experience, in-house development capabilities, and the delivery of customized energy solutions aligned with industrial and multinational client requirements.

The company now operates across eight Asia-Pacific marketsโ€”Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Australiaโ€”positioning it to serve both global enterprises and regional industrial customers.

Founded with a goal to make renewable energy scalable and accessible across the commercial and industrial sectors, Peak Energy delivers a wide range of solutions, including onsite solar, battery storage, and offsite power purchase agreements (PPAs).

โ€œPeak Energy was established with a mission to provide cheaper, cleaner, and more reliable energy across Asia,โ€ said Gavin Adda, CEO of Peak Energy. โ€œBecoming one of the fastest-growing developers in the region within just two years is a testament to the dedication of our teams and the confidence shown by our customers and partners.โ€

Expanding Focus to 24/7 Renewable Energy Supply

Peak Energyโ€™s customer base includes major industrial companies spanning automotive supply, manufacturing, logistics, and food and beverage. With energy resilience becoming a key priority across Asian markets, the company is now advancing beyond traditional solar offerings toward round-the-clock controllable renewable energy supply.

Using intelligent technologies, flexible supply models, and advanced battery storage, Peak Energy enables businesses to secure reliable renewable power even in regions with unstable grids or high curtailment risk.

A core focus is the delivery of 24/7 carbon-free energy (CFE), ensuring clean energy supply matches real-time consumption. As a member of the global CFE 24/7 initiative, the company is already implementing hourly energy matching solutions, including for clients in Japan.

Positioned for Long-Term Regional Energy Transition

Peak Energy attributes its momentum to its blended expertise in finance, engineering, and regional project development. Its portfolio spans utility-scale solar farms, hybrid BESS projects, and rooftop systems for industrial facilities.

As Asia accelerates deployment of competitive renewable energy infrastructure, the company plans to continue scaling alongside its industrial and multinational partners, supporting long-term decarbonization and energy security goals.

Peak Energy stated it remains committed to delivering durable, future-ready clean energy infrastructure as the region transitions to a low-carbon power system.
