Key Business Highlights for the First Half of 2025
- Total module shipments reached 41.8 GW, with more than 60% destined for international markets.
- By June 30, 2025, JinkoSolar became the first solar module manufacturer worldwide to deliver a cumulative total of 350 GW of solar modules.
- New efficiency records were achieved for both cells and modules: 182 N-type high-efficiency TOPCon cells reached a full-area laboratory conversion efficiency of 27.02%, and N-type TOPCon modules achieved a maximum laboratory conversion efficiency of 25.58%.
- Mass-produced TOPCon cells exceeded 26.5% efficiency, with the high-efficiency series reaching 27.1%.
- Ongoing technology upgrades expanded TOPCon capacity to over 20 GW by June 30, 2025. JinkoSolar expects that by the end of 2025, 40โ50% of its total capacity will feature mainstream power output exceeding 640 Wp, with some capacity projected to reach 650โ670 Wp by the end of 2026.

Third Quarter and Full Year 2025 Guidance
The outlook reflects managementโs current views on market conditions, production capacity, order book, and the global economic environment, and is subject to change based on final customer demand and sales schedules.
- For the third quarter of 2025, module shipments are expected to range between 20.0 GW and 23.0 GW.
- For the full year 2025, module shipments are projected to be between 85.0 GW and 100.0 GW.
Solar Product Production Capacity
By the end of 2025, JinkoSolar expects its annual production capacity to reach 120.0 GW for mono wafer, 95.0 GW for solar cells, and 130.0 GW for solar modules.
