Shenzhen, China September 1st 2025 -Recently, Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) announced the Global Tier 1 PV Module Manufacturer List 3Q 2025๏ผŒTCL once again named on the lists with its globally leading PV Module and rich practical applications.

BloombergNEF developed the tiering system based on bankability to create a transparent differentiation between the multiple manufacturers of PV module manufacturers in the market.

BNEF Tier 1 List is a widely recognized benchmark, regarded as a key criterion for financial institutions, EPCs, and project developers when evaluating a company’s credibility and project readiness.

Behind TCL’s inclusion in the list lies its focus on solid R&D capabilities. TCL has anchored its R&D efforts on high-efficiency technology routes: BC technology, through the fully back-mounted electrode design, significantly reduces surface shading losses; while shingled technology enhances space utilization via the seamless lamination of solar cells. Currently, the conversion efficiency of mass-produced modules based on both technologies has achieved key breakthroughs, with excellent performance in power generation stability and temperature coefficient, perfectly meeting the core demands of “high power, small size, and easy installation”.

In terms of scenario implementation, TCL has leveraged its own advantages in home appliances and photovoltaics to create an “all-in-one residential PV solution”. On the hardware side, it is equipped with suitable smart inverters and customized energy storage batteries, forming a closed loop of “power generation – energy storage – power consumption”; on the software side, it is supported by an exclusive energy management APP, which enables unified energy ecosystem management for power generation and consumption as well as smart energy control strategies. At present, TCL has launched residential PV systems tailored to the European and Southeast Asian markets, respectively, in response to the different market demands of these two regions.

Looking ahead, TCL looks forward to joining hands with global partners to illuminate the green life of every household through technology.
