The Urząd Regulacji Energetyki (URE) has issued a concession to the ONDE Group for the production of electricity at the Lewałd PV Farm, marking a significant milestone in the company’s diversification strategy. The solar farm, with an installed capacity of 32 MW, will feature 52,669 photovoltaic modules and is expected to generate enough electricity to power nearly 12,000 households annually. The project is projected to provide the ONDE Group with up to PLN 10 million in annual revenue from energy production and sales, strengthening the company’s financial stability and long-term growth prospects.
Marek Marzec, Vice President of the Management Board of ONDE, highlighted the strategic significance of the project: “The concession for Lewałd is not only a formality for us, but above all proof that we can effectively develop our own projects. This farm demonstrates how critical diversification is for ONDE’s future – from contracting and development to green energy production.”
Looking ahead, ONDE Group plans to expand the Lewałd site under a cable pooling model, incorporating additional wind capacity and energy storage solutions. The company also expressed gratitude to its team and the local community for their collaboration and support, which were key to achieving this milestone.
