ACME Solar Holdings Ltd, via its SPV, has secured a 25-year power purchase agreement with Tata Power for a 50 MW firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) project at a tariff of Rs 4.43/unit. This agreement guarantees a minimum 40% capacity utilisation factor (CUF) and four hours of peak-hour supply, supported by 90% monthly availability, highlighting the projectโ€™s reliability and investor confidence.

The integration of solar power with battery energy storage systems (BESS) positions ACME Solar to deliver consistent, grid-ready energy, enhancing its credibility in Indiaโ€™s renewable sector. With PPAs totaling 600 MW and 550 MWh of standalone BESS projects in the current financial year, ACME Solar demonstrates robust growth and strong market positioning in Indiaโ€™s rapidly evolving clean energy landscape.

The companyโ€™s operational portfolio now stands at 2,890 MW, spanning solar, wind, FDRE, hybrid, and storage solutions, reinforcing its status as a leading integrated renewable energy player.
