ACME Solar Holdings Ltd, via its SPV, has secured a 25-year power purchase agreement with Tata Power for a 50 MW firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) project at a tariff of Rs 4.43/unit. This agreement guarantees a minimum 40% capacity utilisation factor (CUF) and four hours of peak-hour supply, supported by 90% monthly availability, highlighting the projectโs reliability and investor confidence.
The integration of solar power with battery energy storage systems (BESS) positions ACME Solar to deliver consistent, grid-ready energy, enhancing its credibility in Indiaโs renewable sector. With PPAs totaling 600 MW and 550 MWh of standalone BESS projects in the current financial year, ACME Solar demonstrates robust growth and strong market positioning in Indiaโs rapidly evolving clean energy landscape.
