ACME Solar Signs 25-Year PPA with Tata Power for 50 MW FDRE Project

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd, via its SPV, has secured a 25-year power purchase agreement with Tata Power for a 50 MW firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) project at a tariff of Rs 4.43/unit. This agreement guarantees a minimum 40% capacity utilisation factor (CUF) and four hours of peak-hour supply, supported by 90% monthly availability, highlighting the project’s reliability and investor confidence.
