Trinasolar Advances Solar Innovation with 740W Vertex N TOPCon Ultra Modules in Mass Production

Trinasolar has commenced the global rollout of its next-generation TOPCon 2.0 modules, marking a significant step forward in high-efficiency solar technology. The first shipment—totaling 300 MW of Vertex N 650W series modules—has been delivered to a major solar project in the Middle East. Additional Vertex N TOPCon Ultra modules are set for deployment worldwide, supporting both commercial and industrial rooftops as well as utility-scale installations.

This milestone comes less than a year after Trinasolar introduced its TOPCon 2.0 technology, underscoring the company’s dedication to innovation, technological leadership, and the accelerated adoption of advanced solar solutions across global markets. Trinasolar’s high-efficiency Vertex N TOPCon Ultra modules deliver higher power output, with large-format models reaching up to 740W in mass production this year, offering enhanced value for customers. Featuring superior bifaciality and strong low-irradiance performance, these modules ensure greater system efficiency and stable energy generation across a wide range of conditions.

A pioneer in n-type technology, Trinasolar has led the industrialization of TOPCon since initiating research in 2015. The company has consistently set new benchmarks in cell efficiency and module performance.
