Bondada Engineering Receives LOI from BEL Adani Group for ₹1,050 Crore, 650 MW Solar Power Project in Gujarat

Bondada Engineering Limited (BEL) has announced the receipt of a Letter of Intent (LOI) from the Adani Group for the execution of a 650 MW solar power project at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat. Valued at ₹1,050 crore (exclusive of taxes), the project marks a significant addition to BEL’s renewable energy portfolio and order book.

According to the company’s disclosure under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the project will be executed within one year from the receipt of the LOI. The contract has been awarded by Adani Green Energy Limited and Adani Green Energy Six Limited and does not fall under related party transactions.

Project Scope

Bondada Engineering will be responsible for:

  • Supply of Balance of System (BOS) goods
  • Complete design and engineering
  • Manufacturing and procurement
  • Installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural works

This comprehensive scope positions BEL as a key EPC partner in one of India’s largest renewable energy developments.

Bondada Engineering has scheduled a Board Meeting on October 28, 2025, to review its unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. The trading window for company securities remains closed from October 1 to October 30, 2025, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
