Vikram Solar, one of India’s leading solar PV module manufacturers, introduced its latest innovation, the Hypersol Pro, at the Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2025. This new N-Type solar module represents a major step forward in the company’s commitment to advancing solar technology with superior efficiency, reliability, and durability. Engineered for next-generation solar installations, the Hypersol Pro builds on the proven performance of the Hypersol series while introducing enhanced design features that redefine energy optimization and longevity in solar power systems.

The Hypersol Pro has been designed to eliminate one of the key challenges in solar power generation — reverse power loss. Its advanced architecture ensures zero reverse current and allows unidirectional current flow, thereby preventing energy wastage and maintaining high power output even in cases of voltage mismatch. This makes it especially suitable for diverse applications such as residential rooftops, commercial and industrial setups with battery systems, and large-scale utility projects with closely spaced strings. By ensuring a continuous and efficient flow of energy, the Hypersol Pro enhances overall system performance and contributes to long-term operational stability.

Available in two variants, G12R and M10R, the Hypersol Pro delivers exceptional efficiency levels of up to 23.69% and 23.61%, with power outputs of 640 Wp and 610 Wp, respectively. These figures place the module among the most efficient in its class, providing users with higher energy yields and improved project economics. The module’s versatile design supports seamless integration across various installation types, including rooftop, ground-mounted, floating, and hybrid systems. This adaptability ensures optimal performance in diverse environmental conditions, offering reliable protection and consistent power delivery throughout its service life.

A key highlight of the Hypersol Pro is its hotspot-resistant technology, which prevents reverse current between parallel module strings. This feature not only safeguards the cells but also extends the overall module lifespan, ensuring sustained high-efficiency operation even under challenging conditions. Additionally, its robust construction and advanced thermal management make it highly resilient to stress factors, further enhancing its reliability and reducing long-term maintenance costs.

Designed to maximize energy generation, the Hypersol Pro minimizes internal losses and improves overall system efficiency, resulting in a faster return on investment for users. The module is smart-grid ready, compatible with hybrid and bi-directional energy systems, and adaptable to emerging energy technologies. This ensures that it remains relevant in the evolving renewable energy landscape, where flexibility and connectivity are key to optimizing performance.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Gyanesh Chaudhary, Chairman & Managing Director of Vikram Solar, said, “With Hypersol Pro, we’ve engineered a module that embodies the next chapter of solar innovation, where design intelligence meets performance excellence. By integrating smart energy readiness and universal compatibility, Hypersol Pro reflects our vision of future-ready solar technology that empowers developers, industries, and communities alike. Innovations like Hypersol Pro are set to define the quality, dependability, and global competitiveness of Indian solar manufacturing.”

With the introduction of Hypersol Pro, Vikram Solar reinforces its leadership in the Indian solar manufacturing landscape. The product exemplifies the company’s focus on continuous innovation, efficiency enhancement, and sustainability — setting new benchmarks for performance and reliability in the global solar industry.
