Solarium Green Energy Limited has signed four Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) to supply 100 megawatts (MW) of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules, with a total estimated value of approximately ₹140 crore. The agreements will be effective from November 4, 2025, to June 2026.
The MoUs were signed with Solergy India, Sunstore Solar Private Limited, ARM Renewables, and Suntek Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. Under the agreements, Solarium will supply G12 and G12R series solar modules, with power outputs exceeding 720 Wp and 620 Wp respectively.
The modules will be manufactured at the company’s new production facility, which is expected to become operational by January 2026. Around 1,41,000 modules are expected to be supplied as part of the contracts.
The unit price for the modules has been fixed at ₹14 per watt on an ex-works basis. Payment terms stipulate 10% advance payment, with the remaining 90% to be paid prior to dispatch.
According to the company, the supply breakup includes 35 MW for Solergy India, 30 MW for Sunstore Solar, 20 MW for ARM Renewables, and 15 MW for Suntek Energy Systems.
Solarium Green Energy stated that the MoUs mark a major step in strengthening its order book and enhancing revenue visibility. The move also reinforces the growing demand for high-efficiency solar modules in India’s renewable energy sector.
Industry analysts note that the agreements reflect strong momentum in the country’s solar manufacturing ecosystem and position Solarium as a key contributor to India’s clean energy goals.
