Constant Energy Expands Thai Solar Portfolio with Acquisition from EDP Renewables APAC

Constant Energy, a leading renewable energy developer and independent power producer (IPP) in Asia, has completed the acquisition of a 7.7 MW portfolio of operational solar photovoltaic (PV) assets from EDP Renewables APAC. The portfolio spans four locations across Thailand and marks another milestone in Constant Energyโ€™s long-term growth in the countryโ€™s renewable energy sector.

Comprising fully operational solar projects supported by long-term PPAs with established industrial off-takers, the acquisition reinforces Constant Energyโ€™s commitment to expanding sustainable energy infrastructure in Asia.
