Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Saatvik Green Energy Limited, has secured domestic orders worth ₹299.40 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. The orders were placed by three independent power producers and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies, with execution scheduled between December 2025 and March 2026.
Saatvik confirmed that these are repeat orders from existing clients, and clarified that there is no promoter involvement or related-party transaction associated with the deals.
In a regulatory filing, the company stated that the orders reinforce market confidence in its product quality and manufacturing capabilities. All deliveries will be fulfilled within India, reflecting continued demand for locally manufactured solar modules.
This development is expected to strengthen Saatvik Green Energy’s order book and support the company’s growth trajectory within the renewable energy sector. The company said the contracts also contribute to the ongoing momentum in domestic solar manufacturing, as India advances toward its clean energy goals.
The orders provide medium-term revenue visibility and further establish Saatvik Solar Industries as a reliable supplier to key players in the country’s solar energy ecosystem.
