KEC International Ltd., a global infrastructure EPC major and part of the RPG Group, has secured new orders worth Rs. 1,016 crores across its various business segments. In the Civil business, KEC has won orders in the Buildings & Factories segment from existing clients, including a luxury villa development project in Western India for a reputed real estate developer, as well as an upstream project in Eastern India for a leading steel company. The Oil & Gas Pipelines business has achieved a significant milestone by securing its first order in the Middle East, marking the company’s entry into a large and promising market.
In the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) segment, KEC has secured new and extension orders for various projects, including the supply of towers, hardware, and poles in the Middle East and the Americas, as well as 400 kV transmission lines in the UAE. The Cables & Conductors business has also received orders for supplying various types of cables and conductors in India and international markets.
Commenting on the development, Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director and CEO of KEC International Ltd., said that the company is pleased with the new order wins across its businesses. He highlighted that the Civil business has expanded its portfolio with a first-time order for luxury villas and strengthened its presence in the metals and mining sector through an upstream steel project.
He also noted that the Oil & Gas business’s maiden order in the GCC region opens a significant avenue for future growth. With these additions, KEC’s year-to-date order intake has crossed Rs. 17,000 crores, representing approximately 17% growth over the previous year, reinforcing the company’s confidence in achieving its growth targets.
