Insolation Energy Secures ₹516 Crore Solar Module Orders, Strengthening Domestic Market Presence

Insolation Energy Limited announced on December 2, 2025, that its wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has secured new sale orders worth ₹516.05 crore, including GST. This marks a significant boost to the company’s business progress and strengthens its position in India’s growing solar energy market. The orders highlight the increasing demand for high-efficiency solar modules and reflect confidence from major project developers in the domestic renewable energy sector.

The total order value comes from two major domestic purchase agreements focused on the supply of Solar PV modules. The larger order, worth ₹357 crore, has been awarded by a well-known Independent Power Producer company. This order is specifically for high-performance N-Type Topcon Solar PV Modules. These modules are known for improved efficiency and advanced technology, making them suitable for large-scale clean energy projects that require higher energy output and long-term reliability.

The second set of orders amounts to ₹159.05 crore and has been placed by multiple companies working on renewable energy projects under the central government’s PM KUSUM scheme. These projects aim to support rural electrification and provide clean power solutions to agricultural consumers. The modules supplied under this order will be installed across various locations in Andhra Pradesh, helping strengthen the state’s solar energy infrastructure and supporting farmers with sustainable power options.

Both orders will be executed between the financial years 2025 and 2027, ensuring a steady revenue flow for Insolation Energy over the next two years. The company also clarified that the contracting entities are reputable organizations and that the transaction does not involve any related-party dealings, indicating transparency and strong corporate governance.
