FTC Solar, Inc., a leading global provider of solar tracker systems, software, and engineering services, announced the appointment of Anthony Carroll to its Board of Directors, effective December 15, 2025. Shaker Sadasivam, Chairman of the Board at FTC Solar, said the company is pleased to welcome Anthony Carroll to the Board.
He noted that Carroll brings extensive experience across the renewable energy sector along with a strong record of building and leading growth-oriented businesses. According to Sadasivam, his industry knowledge and leadership background will be valuable as FTC Solar continues to advance its strategic priorities and further strengthen its presence in the global solar tracker market.
Anthony Carroll is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Veev, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lennar that focuses on efficient and sustainable homebuilding solutions. He joined Veev in early 2024. Prior to this role, Carroll served as President of Powin, a global leader in energy storage systems, beginning in 2022. Before his tenure at Powin, he was Managing Director at Siemens Gamesa Electric, where he led the Power Conversion and Energy Storage business across North America.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Schneider Electric and Power Electronics, gaining broad experience in power management, energy infrastructure, and renewable technologies. Carroll holds an MBA from Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid and a Licentiate degree from the University of Valencia.
