Saatvik Green Energy Limited on Tuesday announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has secured an order worth ₹13.80 crore from a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP)/EPC player for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.
According to the company, the order is scheduled to be executed by February 2026. The latest contract strengthens Saatvik’s position in India’s fast-growing solar module manufacturing market and reflects increasing confidence among IPPs and EPC players in the company’s product quality and delivery capabilities.
Commenting on the development, Prashant Mathur, CEO of Saatvik Green Energy Limited, said the order win underscores the company’s focus on quality, reliability, and technological excellence in solar PV modules. He added that as India accelerates its renewable energy transition, Saatvik remains committed to supporting the country’s clean energy ambitions through world-class solar solutions.
The order adds to a series of recent milestones achieved by Saatvik Green Energy. In recent months, its EPC arm, Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited, secured a ₹20.84-crore turnkey solar EPC order, while the group also won a large ₹486-crore solar module supply order from a reputed IPP/EPC player.
Additionally, the company has received solar pump orders worth around ₹30.24 crore from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited under the PM-KUSUM scheme. On the manufacturing side, Saatvik recently commissioned a 2 GW in-house EPE film manufacturing facility, a move aimed at strengthening vertical integration and reinforcing its ‘Make in India’ strategy.
