ACME Solar Holdings Ltd. has appointed Rahul Kaushik as Head of Process Transformation, marking an important step in strengthening the companyโ€™s internal systems as it expands its renewable energy portfolio across India. The appointment reflects ACME Solarโ€™s focus on building strong governance, effective risk management, and efficient business processes to support long-term growth.

In his new role, Rahul Kaushik will work closely with the companyโ€™s leadership team to improve and standardize business processes across functions. His responsibilities will include strengthening internal controls, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the development of future-ready systems that align with ACME Solarโ€™s growth plans. A key part of his mandate will be to help the company build agile and digitally enabled processes that can support a large and fast-growing renewable energy platform.

Rahul brings nearly two decades of experience in internal audit, risk advisory, and process transformation. Over the years, he has advised Boards, Audit Committees, investors, and senior management teams on improving governance frameworks and internal control environments. His professional experience covers a wide range of sectors, including renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage.

Before joining ACME Solar, Rahul Kaushik was heading the Internal Audit function at O2 Power. He has also worked with leading global consulting firms such as Ernst & Young, KPMG, and Grant Thornton, where he led several assignments related to internal audit, risk management, internal financial controls, and process design for large Indian and multinational organizations.

ACME Solar believes that Rahulโ€™s strong background in audit, risk, and process transformation, particularly within the renewable energy sector, will play a crucial role as the company continues to scale its operations.
