Premier Energies Limited has announced the formation of a strategic joint venture with BA Prerna Renewables Private Limited to expand its presence in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) segment of the renewable energy sector.

The joint venture will operate through HeliosAnthos Energies Private Limited, a newly incorporated company, with Premier Energies holding a 51% equity stake and BA Prerna Renewables holding 49%. HeliosAnthos Energies plans to undertake EPC contracts for solar, wind, and standalone battery solar-wind-battery hybrid projects across India.

The JV will provide end-to-end EPC solutions, including land acquisition, transmission connectivity, statutory approvals, detailed engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning. This initiative aligns with Premier Energies’ strategy to enhance downstream capabilities, complement its integrated manufacturing strengths, and expand its footprint across the renewable energy value chain.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Chiranjeev Saluja, Managing Director & CEO of Premier Energies Limited, said,
“This JV strengthens our EPC capabilities and expands our presence in the renewable energy sector. Integrated solutions combining manufacturing excellence with execution capabilities are increasingly critical. Our partner, BA Prerna, brings specialized expertise in securing land and transmission connectivity, vital for solar and storage-led energy infrastructure in India.”
